Monkey Abun Crying Loudly Afraid of Water

Monkey Abun was a small, gentle baby monkey who lived in a quiet forest filled with tall trees and singing birds. Abun loved to climb branches, play with leaves, and follow his mother wherever she went. But there was one thing that always made Abun very scared—water.

One bright morning, Abun was playing near the edge of a small river. The water flowed slowly, sparkling under the sunlight. Other animals came to drink and cool themselves, but Abun stayed far away. Even the sound of the water moving made his little heart beat faster.

While jumping from one branch to another, Abun suddenly slipped. He fell down onto the soft grass close to the riverbank. The splashing sound of the water frightened him so much that he started crying loudly. “Eee…Eee…!” Abun screamed, his tiny hands shaking as he looked at the flowing river.

Abun was afraid the water might pull him in. He had never learned how to swim, and the moving water looked deep and dangerous to him. Tears rolled down his small face as he called for his mother.

Hearing his cries, Abun’s mother quickly rushed through the trees. She saw her little baby sitting near the river, trembling with fear. Gently, she hugged him and held him close to her warm chest. Abun continued crying loudly, holding tightly onto his mother’s fur.

His mother softly comforted him and slowly carried him away from the water. She climbed up a safe tree branch where Abun usually liked to sit. The higher they went, the calmer Abun began to feel. The scary sound of the river became quieter and farther away.

After a few minutes, Abun stopped crying. He wiped his tears and looked around the peaceful forest again. Birds were singing, and the wind gently moved the leaves. Abun felt safe once more in his mother’s arms.

Although Abun was still afraid of water, he learned that his mother would always protect him. From that day on, he stayed far away from the river and played happily among the tall trees where he felt brave and secure. 🐒💧🌿
